@@elijahwalker843defense is easier then offense. It just takes consistent effort. Offense requires way more finesse. Most athletes of this age focus their energy and training into offensive so it’s not necessarily that their lazy defenders or “bad defenders” their just conserving their energy for offense throughout an entire game. Certain aspects of defense do require skill and training but it will never be as difficult as offense. If these guys played more defense they wouldn’t make it through an entire season; think about that. The slowest, most unathletic guys can play defense. But not everyone can score and handle.

It's the easy chemistry that stands out to me. I probably shouldn't take much from these runs outside of that BUT some of this confirms for me that Ivey loses some of his effectiveness playing off ball. I think he has to play one with Cade playing two to maximize the potential in the duo. Ausar is just gonna fit seamlessly and end up being one of their more important players with his defense, passing, and shooting.

I hope this is the Pistons starting 5 next season. They look good and the Thompson twin is excellent on both ends (as is his brother). He’s like the perfect glue guy for this young roster and he’s extremely mature for his age. He does all the things the rest of the guys dont do defensively and with regards to intangibles, but he also has supreme offensive talent if they need him to be that type of guy Lol scary

Take always: -Pistons: Ausar’s defense should get him starting. Cade’s pace is crazy and the teams overall defense looks great. - clippers: Robert Covington needs to play. Bones and Powell are offensive monsters. Want BJ Boston to affect the game more without the ball. - Lakers: Jared is great overall. Cam with focus on scoring is a monster. - the player with the red shirt and blue shorts is nice
