Thank you so much for doing the video on you tube on how to make ricotta cookies. My mother's recipe that I followed always came out flat. After watching your video, I wrote down your ingredients and compared them with hers. It was then that I caught the mistake I was making. I was using double the amount of butter. You listed yours's in grams. That was a light bulb moment. Needless to say, my cookies came out beautifully. I'm a fan for life thank you so much.
