RICOTTA, YOGURT, and 🍊ORANGE CAKE- SUPER MOIST- WIth NO butter!!

This recipe recipe is ideal for having a coffee, tea, or a mate in the afternoon! Super moist and easy to make. It has no butter, just ricotta cheese, and yogurt. Yogurt can also be substituted for sour cream. Remember that all the ingredients must be at room temperature.
Ingredients:
Sugar 180 gr (7/8 cup)
Natural or vanilla yogurt 180 gr (3/4 cup)
Ricotta cheese 180 gr (3/4 cup)
Zest of 1 orange (or whatever citrus you prefer)
2 tablespoons vanilla
Eggs 3
Milk 50 cc (1/4 cup)
Flour 250 gr (2 cups)
Baking powder 25 gr (2 tablespoons)
1 pinch salt
