10:08 Riddles could've killed here, when you do two DR uppercut in that route you can actually do heavy crackshoot instead of medium. I don't think pros like doing it because you can't cancel on the later active frames of croutching heavy punch, and you risk bumping into that problem going for the heavy crackshoot link 😝 EDIT: Same shit happens on the same guy at 11:15 LMAO

If he’d wanted to specify best Terry in the NA region then he would’ve done so, but that doesn’t look as good on a video title. And Kintyo-Ru is a higher-ranked Legend Terry in Japan, the strongest region in the world with the highest number of Legend ranked players.
