I think they need to improve their MMR formula. If they need help they can ask here, I am a cpp developer so I'm pretty sure I could help here. When you win a lot in games usually the game treats your first loss or even losses after huge win-streaks with a form of reduction to it, so even if you lose to someone who is lower you won't lose that much because statistically you are bound lose, especially if you are on a 20+ game win-streak. Good players lose as well and an MMR system has to respect that. You can't have a guy be at 30 win-streak then lose once even to someone who is lower and get punished that hard for it. Their MMR system is flawed, severely. *Especially* when their opponent only played like 3 games total, the MMR system has no idea where this new person is supposed to be yet. If he lost to someone who was 100-100 then it would make more sense to lose more points.
