Well, if Tuskegee loans artics from Michael J. Quill sometimes, and all artics at Mother Clara Hale where the M35 runs out of are also in the SBS scheme, then all wraps need to be removed to avoid confusion. MTA started phasing out the wrap in 2019 with the arrival of new artics for JFK and LaGuardia.
