Do you guys leave your trucks and gear unattended or do you leave some people behind to guard your stuff? How safe is the dove springs and jawbone canyon area from theft and vandalism?

I havnt been there for a few years but we never had an issue with anyone touching our stuff. Hopefully it hasnt changed since then

so if you search “dove springs canyon” on apple maps, the entrance right off the 14 highway, just above the pinpoint that comes up.... there is a big ranger camp set up here on weekends. I noticed smaller groups would set up right next to them, probably so they could ride without worrying about that 👍🏻

cant say how safe it is, as i’ve only been once. but the police presence there is stronger than any other OHV i’ve ridden. If you go over the speed limit on the main roads they won’t hesitate to pull you over ;/
