I've had this trainer for over a year. It is great! It is quick and easy to set up. I talked with the designer and manufacturer after I bought it. He was very helpful.

I've had this roller trainer for many years. The progressive resistance mimics actual road riding where the faster you go, the more air resistance you encounter. It's a great workout. I have used mine so much that the rubber feet covers are almost worn through. A great feature of this roller is that it is so portable you can use it anywhere that your trike can sit flat on the ground. And you don't need batteries or electricity or any tools. It requires no maintenance or lubrication. Here area few things to be aware of with regard to using these rollers: 1) You need a bike computer with a speed sensor. The sensor must be on the rear wheel because that's the only wheel that moves. Obviously, a GPS-only bike computer will not work. 2) Getting your rear wheel properly lined up with the rollers--perpendicular to the rollers--takes some practice. I put my rear wheel on the rollers and then crank my pedals a few revolutions with one hand. If the wheel slips to one side, it's not lined up correctly. It may take a few tries if you haven't done it for a while, but it isn't time consuming. 3) The trike rocks back and forth slightly while riding. I have read that some people find it annoying. I don't. 4) Like a stationary bike, when you stop pedaling, your rear wheel stops moving. This has helped me to build more stamina as I don't stop pedaling until I reach my time or distance goal. If I want a break during my ride I switch to a lower gear. 5) Your rear wheel will get "road" wear from using the rollers. I use mine a lot so my rear wheel wears out faster than my front wheels. 6) Get a cheap fan if you use your rollers in the garage, especially when the garage door is closed. Remember that you have no wind rushing by you to keep you cool. If you use your rollers in the house, put a towel on the floor under your seat to catch your sweat. I sweat much more than the average person; I leave actual pools of sweat in the garage from my rides, even in the winter.

By the way, you get progressive resistance if the red roller is in the back. If the red roller is in the front, you don't get progressive resistance.

For those who want smart rollers, you may think of the Elite Nero. You can use that with the training app of your choice. Resistance is altered according to the steepness of the road. An other alternative is the Wahoo rollers, but that has no build in power meter. To enjoy the full power or the training app and experience adjustable resistance, you should connect to your own power meter.

On a cold or rainy day rollin inside on your trike is great.

These days I would have expected any type of exersize machine would be powering a generator so you could charge your phone/ battery bank etc. But then, the generator could be mounted on the bike.

If you have a delta trike with a differential, is there a trick to setting up a pair of these so that both driven rear wheels are properly lined up with their camber and track so that the trike stays on the rollers and doesn't work its way off to one side or the other? Also to reduce tire wear. Hase used to make a hub anchored trainer with friction band resistance about a decade ago back when I bought my Kettwiesel, but I haven't been able to find a good replacement now that they don't anymore. Can you recommend any non-roller wheel-on options for two-wheel drive delta trikes?

Does it have maps?

No - It is resistance based, so the roller will adjust to your output.
