We were 17. Growing up on classic rock. 1990 was the year it all opened up. Our last year of high school and we saw videos of the band. Got the cassette and we’re just blown away.

This song brings back Happy Memories when Ride came to Melbourne-Australia for their first time and we met them after the concert and then we drove to Sydney to watch them perform Live again. After the concert we gave Andy a Birthday Cake, as it was his actual Birthday on the day. Random & Fun Times will always be cherished!!

I just asked Google to recommend some 'shoegaze' songs, having only just learned what the word meant. I hadn't realized there was a separate genre for this, this lovely daydreamy sound. I always just called it hypnotic. Now I know how to find that beautiful sound I remember from my misspent youth. ( Spinning in lazy circles on the dance floor) I sure do miss the 90's...

The best here so far, I love its guitar tones and beautiful riffs (there's one that almost sounds like a harp or something like hahaha), and the noise burst part is totally like what I see in many alt/indie bands from nowadays, this makes the song feel so fresh to me, like something that could be made in 2010's idk.
