Does anyone know if it has the Rekluse automatic clutch, or just a normal lever-actuated clutch? Or maybe it just has a Rekluse clutch cover!

You're wrong on the fuel. RON rating is not the same as AKI in the US. 97 RON is about 91-92 AKI. Your race fuel is cleaner and oxygenated, which probably what really helps.

Yep you guys test fuel differently in the US. It’s a similar RON rating from the pump in the US than Europe. 👍 Race fuel definitely helped though!

Is it just inertia from the motor, or the larger fuel tank that your running that makes it harder to move around, compared to the 350 ? 🤔 Just wondering as I've ordered a 2022 390 race edition.

I’m pretty sure he’s just referring to the engine inertia. He runs a standard tank on his 390 in Europe so the difference he is talking about is 350 vs 390, not specifically the US spec bike (although the bigger tank will of course make the US bike feel more top heavy than his EU bike). I have a 2022 RR 350 and my friend has the 2021 RR390 (both Racing) and there is definitely a difference in handling, but it’s not huge - both are great bikes.

I get the feeling the 430 might have been a better choice of wepon for xc1 class. Given more time to prepare it would be great to see him go back.

yeah I pay about $90-100 for a 5 gallon can of VP 115. But there's also a station nearby that sells 100 octane at the pump for $10/gal which is a little more sensible.
