This ride has been and always will be the best water ride anywhere. The soundtrack, the theme, the effects, everthing is visually stunning. I will admit the effects can be very unreliable and that goes for the ride too but it is going to be considering the amount of money that it costs to run and update it. For people complaining about how soaked you get, well it's a water ride for starters what were you expecting and the fact that it warns you that you'll get drenched. The only complaint I can understand about this ride is that before it even starts the boats are filled with quite a bit of water which causes your feet to become soggy and wet all the way through. Upon saying that the boats constantly move and so there isn't really any time to drain the water out. They try there best but you got to give them credit for managing that ride when its heaving in summer

You seem pissed at the entry charge just to walk round? And it's a tenner now by the way! Lol! There's the maze and you get the Ice Show. I completely agree with the charge. Can you imagine the pleasure beach in this day and age being a free for all. All the feral youths , junkies , alcoholics and scumbags being allowed to roam and hang around all day!!?? No! Sorry the pleasure beach is a far better safer place with the wristband and entry charge.

You can get tickets for cheaper. If you want to get in, you gotta pay. How many other attractions let you in free?
@richardadkin7226 Жыл бұрын
Reason is, it isn't paying for itself like it did when the park was free entry. The rides all payed for themselves far more in terms of heavy footfall. If the park went back to tickets and had a much greater increased wristband option, it would thrive on both sides of the coin. By shortening the opening hours and minimising your footfall by enforcing entry fee via wristband, it has in effect cut their takings by massive amount. Each ride used to have far more throughput and volume of custom.
