Salutes to you Vishakha!! The girls like you and Itchy Boots are the real flagbearers of courageous long route driving!! I have been very passionate about long touring and started my touring on Yezdi 250, around 37-38 years (I am 56 now). Those days, long touring was like pros and cons combined (very narrow roads, no communication facilities, worst staying places, not many choices among the long touring bikes etc were the cons but pleasant weather, a lot more greanery, clean air, unspoilt locations and nicer people were the boons too). Shifted to other bikes in end 1990s and 2000s but earning bread and butter in Mumbai has temporarily halted that great hobby for 2 decades almost. Aiming to restart serious long touring within an year, again. The gutsy riders like you are inspirations. All the very best! Vishakha Ji, you are an excellent rider and quite entertaining as well. I've recently taken up moto vlogging and would suggest steering clear of Indian Oil Petrol Pumps due to the prevalence of scams where customers are cheated. I encountered such an incident at the Shahapur Petrol Pump. I recommend using BP petrol pumps whenever possible, as BP petrol is of higher quality and yields better mileage. Prior to moto vlogging, I undertook about 25 to 30 non-stop rides from Thane to Dhule (my farmhouse is near Dhule). Previously, I owned a Unicorn 160 before upgrading to the Honda Highness CB350. The Unicorn 160 delivered an average of 57 km/L at a speed of 75 km/h with BP petrol. In contrast, with HP petrol, the average dropped to 53 km/l, and quite shockingly, to 48 km/l with Indian Oil petrol. This has been tested repeatedly. Keep up the good work. Best wishes to you.

vishakha do not stop your bike just side of the road maintain some distance from road while stopping by, I am also a rider and I am telling because once I hit by a truck god saved me , sometimes they overtrack from wrong side and that time you will be completely invisible and by the time driver sees you its gonna to late, so be careful next time
