As someone who has spent years refurbing a 100 year old farmhouse, I can appreciate a lot of what you had to do to convert this semi trailer to a tiny house. I looks fantastic! Super cool I'm not the only one!!!!lol I'm doing the same thing to a 53 ft trailer but it will be moved from time to time. I'm thinking I'm going to put in a residential windows I think they will hold up just fine traveling down the road.

Time to auction the skids and buy Cat 908 or John Deere 324P with 2 yard buckets and Metal Pless or Artic Sectional plows. You will wonder why you didn't do it sooner.

I'm so glad to find this video! I have a 2003 utility reefer I'm converting. I have the same grooved flooring and done with the flooring so far. It's pretty damn exciting to work on it! Now, where I'm stuck is how did you screw the ferring strips into the alluminum studs? Did you just only pre drill through the alluminum and then screw the ferring along with it? When I try to pre drill it it only makes a chip. It's so damn strong I can't seem to drill through it but I'm sure I'm doing something wrong here.

we didn't really have a hard time with that. It may have been the screws we used were self tapping. Good luck, looking forward to he hear of your progress

@@FreedomTours quick quick question!! I'm super stuck on this one... So my floor is the same as yours grooved alluminum, how do I drill the holes for the plumbing? It seems really impossible to drill the holes for the toilet, vent, ect. How did you do it? I was thinking about just cutting the side of the wall but I need to be up to codes and all...
