The biker may have been driving recklessly, but that is no reason to make an attempt and killing them for it. Attempted murder isn’t made okay if the victor happens to be a reckless driver

Basically, if you are lane splitting, according to this comment section it is entirely your fault and legal if a driver wants to swerve into you, possibly killing you or injuring you for the rest of your life? Yeah its dumb and unsafe in this case, but on a highway that is literally attempted murder.

First one was 100% biker's fault, lane splitting is illegal in 49/50 states, and was obviously speeding. Truck didn't want them passing that close, and I don't blame them.

@@violentjunkie129 filtering and splitting are two different things. Lane filtering refers to moving up at a stop light to the front of the line. Lane splitting refers to going between lanes in moving traffic.
