Could you do an in depth demo on the Nipple threader. The Boss says it always crushes the threads on the receiver... Should be a handy tool set, but hitting some snags. We do a lot of 3/4” & and 1” pipe

OCAL PVC coated Rigid seems to slip in the chuck and chew up the coating... please do a video on threading OCAL/RobRoy. Hotter afternoons seem to be worse.

Does anyone walk in the thread depth on larger RMC?? Like start above the 3" mark, middle of the 3" mark, THEN! On the line?? I was trained to walk in all my thread depths.

Hi, I'm wondering if you could help me. I recently bought a ridgid die head at auction but it came with a nut ratchet bar? attached to one of the nuts. Can you please tell me how to remove it and is nut ratchet bar the correct term for a long metal bar with like a socket on the end for removing or adjusting the nuts on the die head? I think it's a 141 hog head pipe threading die head. Any help would be much appreciated.

I got a brand new 815A Ridgid die head. When I lined up the index line on the lock screw with the 1/2" mark on the Cam Plate, the threads are tight, only making one turn or less. I had to adjust the Cam Plate about 1/16" to 1/32" lower to make a perfect fit. Is this normal? I didn't seem to have the same problem in cutting 3/4" pipe.
