For example, one Christmas we didn't have any money to buy anything, so we just gave each other something we already had. My oldest brother gave me the bike he got from our aunt and uncle who brought it back from England. As the family artist I drew pictures for everyone.

I brought my kids to Sturbridge Village years ago. The people that work there stay in character. We were in a classroom, listening to the teacher conduct what would have been average day in school. My late friend was a very successful Hair Stylist and owned several Salons. His client's were the rich and the richer. He would have a New Years party for his best friends, most of us were single men who might not spend money on the better things in life.
