I don't know how or the why youtube's algorithm put Shadetree Surgeon channel in my feed today but I am glad it did. As I subscribed to his channel and his channel lead me to yours and also subscribed. You do an amazing job in this travel vlog and hope to see more. Ride safe.

Great Ride. Spearfish Lodge has awesome food. I love that you seen a beaver in Sturgis! hahahahaha. Your rides are so much fun. I was teared up laughing when Josh says I don't want to miss the prairie dogs. F-ing Prairie Dogs. hahahahaha. Wait you didn't see Buffalo in Yellowstone? Seeing you give the Buffalo the finger is hilarious. If you ever go through Green River Wyoming just before you hit the little town there is a Buffalo Park were you can get up close to them. It's kinda like a maze the Buffalo are in and you walk on a catwalk type thing up above them. It's a cool stop for sure. Thanks for taking us along Chey love your personality and style. I'm always smiling watching you vids. 😀

Super awesome to have met y'all, riding in the Black Hills is so much better when it isn't rally time! 3 roads on that level in the Black Hills, Needles, Iron Mountain, and the lesser known Norris Peak Rd between Johnson Siding and Rapid City. Come back and ride!!

I Chey, you can call me Great Uncle Dave, I just watched an interview with Jessica Ennis-Hill, former British Heptathlete, and she looks a lot like you. Jess has lived a life of continual self improvement and is an inspiration to millions of Athletes and Sportsmen/woman which also made me think of your considerate nature and how you try to be transparent with your commentry. Thank you making these videos, they're really entertaining! 👊✌️ PS I also have a mate Ash who looks like Uncle Shadetree Surgeon but he's in his early 30's.😂😂

I am sorry to have to tell you Cheyleesi but that animal you called a bighorn sheep was actually Mountain Goat. Bighorn sheep have horns that curl backwards almost into a complete circle. just thought you would want to know. No judgment intended.

Glad you're back. Missed you. I grew up in the Black Hills and I have ridden roads that were supposed to be more difficult than Needles Highway. I have yet to find one. The narrow roads and multiple switchbacks at slow speeds are difficult to say the least. I wish we could sit down together and have a beer and talk about your trip. Glad you got to see a buffalo.

I've hit a deer up there, 2x.... they were both elk, 15 years apart. Totaled a freightliner, and busted up a hood on a kenworth.. maybe experience helped? Or the fact I wasn't flying down a downgrade? Dunno? Be careful, and great video! It's nice to see video of the place when it's not solid white..... I dont think I'm allowed up there if anything has the potential to be green, it's always like -12 one day and blowing snow, followed by 12 above and snowing like hell.
