Great video Kara. To have the opportunity to ride such an awesome trail and be treated to some trials action by the legend Martyn Aston, I bet the KJ learning how to ride slow, track stand and ride skinnys in a carpark a few years back could not have imagined the mountain bike journey that she was embarking on. Fantastic video Kara really enjoyed watching it what a sick trail . Can not get over your friend in the wheel chair bike he is pretty good keep up with every one and doing all the jumps etc. looking forward to watching your next video take care

His names Martyn Ashton , he is a bit of a legend in the old sport of bicycle riding , he was really good on a trials bike.

The beauty of riding with Martyn on the bowhead is that you know it's going to be fast, smooth trails and it looks cool watching that machine bank into the corners. I wonder what Martyn thought as you went off course Kara? Did you get some cool pointers from the lads? Martyn doing stoppies on the Bowhead was really cool.
