You know it's jank when the bars are moving side to side and not just up and down. Amazing video as usual 👌🔥

Love Flying Monkey. Need to do it. Stayed away from Kong this time. Would have loved to see another lap on that one. Great work. Stay safe.

That off-camber 2-3" drop with mega exposure at 3:40 is scary when watching. When riding, it isn't even part of the thought process. The mind/body are focused on execution.

I saw you DOn't recommend King Kong to viewers (not that I'd be trying it anytime soon) but do you recommend flying monkey and other stuff for us mere mortals?? Cheers Nate, thanks for another stunning vid!

Monkey is just a Black. Add in a LOT of exposure it turns into a double black. There are no mandatory drops/gaps/jumps. Everything at the end is optional.
@natehills93883 жыл бұрын
Justin speaks the truth, Monkey is a double black on navigation apps. Kong has mandatory 10ft drops.

be honest, you get a little pucker going on from those spines and gap jumps on the rampage stuff? Great vid per usual.

Ironically it should be named, Chunky Monkey and the Rampage run should be called Flying Monkey. ...interesting if you could get pegs and ditch the pedals🤔 Great scenery and clarity. HNY

Definitely don't need a drivetrain here, haha.

@@natehills9388 the thought of just pegs came to me when I read your comment in the description about not peddling for 2 weeks in Virgin. Clearly if you don't need to Pedal at all for some runs, it seems symmetrical loading would be a benefit for bike control and safety(no pedal mgmt against strikes). It looks like an opportunity for a product if in fact it would be beneficial. What do you think? Would you feel comfortable on pegs only? You do a lot of dropping steep stuff. Do you think it would be safer and give more control? It would be easy to design a swap out system.
