Riding from LEH to BALTISTAN - The Road to Skardu PAKISTAN [ep-11] | Nature Moto

In this eleventh episode of the Ladakh Ride series I embark on a journey from Leh to the Indian Side of Baltistan, the adventurous road to Skardu Pakistan goes via the villages of Diskit, Hunder, Turtuk, Tayakshi & Thang. We are only allowed to go till Tayakshi. All these places were under the control of Pakistan before the 1971 war. The Battle of Turtuk was a military engagement between India and Pakistan that took place during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971.
