Beautiful scenery my friend. Good to know about the shielding of rain. Thanks buddy.

This video made me smile, one of my highlights this year was the 1st week of July, I rode my 2020 Spyder RTL to Lake Placid, towing my Mini Mate and camped in a DEC campground about 4 miles West of the town of Lake Placid. I rode up, and did the climb to summit of Whiteface, and I have a picture of my climb that looks like it was at the exact spot and angle of the pic you showed in this video. I'm assuming you probably rode a longer scenic route, my rides were about 340 miles each way, and it was a great ride. Thanks for sharing. Oh, and I'm the guy who previously commented I had 2007 VTX as well, but I've changed my channel name.

Thanks! As you know, you are not that far from my neck of the woods. I still miss my VTX, but have really been enjoying my RT! I have been toying with the idea of getting a tow behind camper like yours for my planned Route 66 trip in 2022. Seeing the price ($3,000+), I think I’ll go the Holiday Inn Express/Comfort Inn, etc. option😆

@@learnwhileyoucan5947 I tent camped when I was on 2 wheels, so I'm not saving anything by getting the camper. But for hotel travellers, depending on how many hotel nights per year, the Mini can pay for itself over time. But your heart needs to want the camping option while travelling.. Camping is something I've always loved, since I was small. The Mini Mate was a gift to mysrlf, to make camping much more comfortable and to provide me the ability to carry much more camping gear. At my age, roughing it in a tent just doesn't cut it anymore.

How did your pedal commander hold up in the rain?

I've been caught in the rain several times since I installed the Pedal Commander. I haven't had any problems with it.
It's riding time!
