Harbinger is a startup vehicle manufacturer based in Los Angeles. They're developing a flexible all-electric commercial vehicle platform for the medium-duty market. The first chassis will be delivered to customers in 2023, and we got some ride time in this boxy, utilitarian vehicle at CES 2023.
