Our entire infrastructure and society is built around cars. Most people who work in cities live outside of them and commute a long distance each day. The sad reality is most places in America are even less pedestrian friendly than LA.

Don’t do chest and shoulders close to each other. Your shoulders get fatigued during a chest workout because they are a secondary muscle. Also, don’t do behind the head barbell presses because they are terrible for your rotator cuff.
