The riding in Taichung is unreal. Once your out in the mountains it is the best! Incredible roads and views. I can't wait to go back. Look up Route 139.

damn, the trail looks sick. this honestly needs to be more of a thing all around the world. a place with less cars would be ideal in the future...

I'm jealous of the weather, unbelievable how nice it must be to cyclce there! Greeting from rainy Germany, Ruhrpott

Man what i like about taiwan are the people, food and cycling routes. If you love cycling uphills, scenic views and pretty good coffee for relatively cheap imo.

Wow now I wanna visit Taichung. The best tour reviews are those made on bike :)

should move to Kaohsiung, Tiachung is probably the worst city for biking in the city center, or if you are a walker or would like to take public transport

It's interesting that no one in Taiwan wears helmets. As kids we never did in America either. And we rode more then.

Had us in the first half- not gonna lie. I forget these videos are just ads for Wabi Cycles

Sounds like a reddit fixie snob wannabe who thinks hating a guy who promotes biking in a nontoxic way is cool. 😅

Clearly haven't watched Zack much. What's wrong with sharing a product you like? That doesn't dampen the value of a video just cause its sponsored.

don't you mean the country that is outsourcing the US and caused manufacturers to decline?

Folks gotta eat. That's more on the companies than a country though. Greedy businessmen who wanted more money but decided that cost cutting by offshoring was the way to go. As someone who enjoyed good ole fashion 'Merican made, craftsmanship, I'm also frustrated but I'm also learning to appreciate other countries' works too.
