These videos are my go-to when relaxing before bed. Super informative, calming and you feel like you're on the same journey 🎉 Though every time I watch one with the Sunrise brand and the trains uncouple, you film for a bit longer after the announcer states to board quickly. You don't finish a shower in 6 minutes. You turn the water on for a minute or two to get wet. Then turn the water off to lather up, then turn the water back on to rinse.

Whenever I forget to bring a towel, I use a hair dryer (if available) to dry off. Use the lowest temperature first then adjust
