Yes, I feel the same way that Uniek was able to come to Stall H with her friends Saly and Reintje. That had to make the 3 mares very comfortable with being in a new place.

When we take into account that this happened on March 24 - only two weeks after the horses moved to Stal H - it is amazing how well Uniek did in the arena (after she needed a moment to adjust to being there without her friends, her herd)! ❣

Thank you Gea for looking after our wonderful Yvonne. We know that she is much better, but, we The Herd, are still praying for continued healing for her. I was SO HAPPY TO SEE QUEEN UNIEK WAS WEARING HER CROWN. What a really joyous occasion for ALL of us. We know that Uniek is very strong in body AND in her mind. Yvonne, you are riding THE QUEEN and have to be vigilant about her moods and wishes. Who would have guessed when the accident occurred in June, that we would be celebrating on this day eleven months later. Yvonne I for one can personally say I don’t mind at all that you make videos a few months prior you manage your content in a way that is easy for you. Besides as followers or herdies as someone affectionately called us we never know what treasures the vids have in store and for me that is part of the excitement. I have ridden alone many times and I and my horse fell like Yvonne but I was only unconscious for about 5 minutes, but got a bad concussion from it. Thankfully I had my hard hat on as the horse kicked the daylights out of it and my leg.

I think Uniek thought she was Queen of everyone & everything & that Stal H was her new Kingdom. But Yvonne got her to calm down & showed her that she (Yvonne) is still in charge, & Uniek is happy again to have a strong leader. Gea is so wonderful to help, & with her jokes & lively attitude, she seems like a fun person to be around. I am very impressed that Yvonne could get on Uniek without a mounting block---she is such a tall horse, even when I was young & stronger I wouldn't have been able to do that! I like that you put up important videos right away, like this one and the birth of Daisy's foal. Then the everyday relaxing ones can come along whenever you have time. You post everyday which is much more than most KZbinrs, that is a lot of work. I hope you are taking time off to relax & enjoy your new Stal & the horses & ponies & babies!

Wonderful video, Gea! Yvonne, you and Uniek both look so happy and at peace in this video. I'm sure with everything still so new to the Girls that it can be scary, but leave it to our Queen to be the one to lead the way. I loved how she called to them when she was first alone in the arena, but glad to see that she responded well to you as you began the ride. I'm looking forward to seeing more videos from Stal H!

I love this video, Yvonne, with all of the wonderful help from Gea, and it doesn't matter in the least that it was filmed a while back. You and Uniek are both looking wonderful - I can really see that she benefits from the extra care you give her. Just a side note: I enjoyed seeing Spidey get told by Reintje to get away from her stall!. He didn't waste any time obeying her, either!

Dear Yvonne, I always begin my day by checking to see how you are doing at Stal H. I also am across the ocean and love being part of the Herd. My ancestors came to North America from North Friesia. Uniek was very “frisky” in the arena, so full of energy and wanting to run.! Thanks to Gea for being there to help you. such a loving friend. God has answered all of our prayers for your healing. I noticed your beautiful saddle, it looks comfortable and safe with support for your knees and lower back. Saly looks very pregnant and so does Daisy. Oh my, that wind! Not gonna lie, I was never a fan of riding out on windy days…the horses can get so spooky! Huge respect to Yvonne…what an amazing job on her recovery, creating her wonderful barn and arena (with her awesome crew including hubby and others), being a beautiful Mumma to those precious little boys, and getting back in the saddle (now that takes courage!). Such a very beautiful video. Yvonne looks so very happy. I loved the way Uniek called out to her friends in the stable from the arena. I do firmly believe the horses are very happy at Stall H. It’s a slower pace for them. Uniek looks like a much younger horse. The ponies do not pay too much attention. Lovely that Gea ( I think, sorry if I’m wrong) came over to help Yvonne. Gea did a marvelous job in filming. Yvonne you looked great on Uniek! I am glad you had Uniek under control. Uniek panicked when Reintje and Saly were not close by. Yvonne you must be proud to be able to ride Uniek again.
