These three roads create motorcycle greatness in the Madawaska Valley. The amount of curves and tall climbs to stunning views will have you turning around and doing it again.
Ride the Highlands:
Imagine. You’re handed a cold hard axe. You gaze into the thick forest and are told to build the road.
In front of you lay hundreds of miles of some of the most unforgiving Highlands this side of Scotland. You put your head down. Day after day, month after month, year after year, you know that you are doing more than sawing, chopping and hauling. You are crafting a road. A road no one else would or could build.
You breathe in the crisp sweet air and swing.

Good ride! Letterkenny is filmed in Sudbury, Ontario. The town of Letterkenny portrayed in the series is fictional and is not based on the real Letterkenny in Ontario, which is now part of Brudenell, Lyndoch and Raglan. The town in the show is instead loosely based on (Wayne) Jared Keeso's hometown of Listowel, Ontario.

Another pleasant video detailing a scenic afternoon ride! Very nice....................... but along the way it occurs to me that you should probably NOT be letting the public know that you will be out of the country for a month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Call me a cynic but such an announcement seems like an open invitation to THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey! Thanks for the comment, you have a great point, we've had been back for a fair bit of time before I mentioned it online and my adult daughters and the sometimes their boy friends live here too. Trying to get them to move out!!! LMAO Thanks again for commenting!!

@@arthritic.adventures Uh.......timing is every thing? I had the idea from watching videos - but maybe not looking to closely at dates - that you had mentioned the upcoming trip PRIOR to leaving.................. but with daughters and assorted boy friends lurking about - one would have thought the place was safe???? Or perhaps somebody came home and interrupted the thieves and scared them away just as they were breaking in? Oh well............in any case I guess you had a good trip and now can go back to doing nice videos showcasing the Highlands for us riders that are curious about the area............I have ideas about riding some of the more southerly and westerly areas eventually...............

@@arthritic.adventures Looking forward to more of your videos though I may never get to Ride The Highlands as it is rather far from the Toronto area and 3 hours on a bike is about my limit............just too lazy I guess! so I will have to watch your stuff to see what I might be missing - that Pick axe loop looks pretty good!!!!!!!!
