RIDING THE BIGGEST NEW UPGRADES AT THE BACKYARD DIRT JUMPS!! LOCKDOWN XXL EP10

We have been digging and building flat out to create more new backyard dirt jumps to extend the trails line the furthest yet! It's getting difficult because there's more than one line of jumps and features to progress, but once we've figured out the plans with the trails, we got to work digging and trail building. We've made changes throughout the line, added berms, a huge take off, more stuff at the start, plus a delivery of new dirt, some epic build lapses, and to finish it off, we found to time to ride the new dirt jumps on my hardtail and Ben hit them on his BMX. the trails are insane now. @5:22 I'm not even kidding, but I'm a soil scientists and dig holes for a living in forest ecosystems (climate change & tree nutrition purposes). Sometimes we dig a cubic meter for sampling (1x1x1 perfectly cube of soil), the rocks & tree roots at deeper depths are a sun of a gun to deal with. Finally, I'm literally assigning two of your videos to my soil science class for extra credit b/c you work with soil so much (& it's obvi very entertaining + better than any videos I can produce for class). New feature: I was thinking a cool ramp to add would be a rainbow like the one that used to be at the compound in the pump track that was removed. Matt dude you need to get a "tamper" it's a big flat metal square on a stick to compress the dirt down so your not cutting into your berms or soft dirt. Also layering the dirt might help, layer dirt tamp down soak then add another layer and repeat the water holds the layers together and tamping them down makes the dirt go rock hard.

The Ben line could link up with the racer up onto the back of the berm into it Ben made another line going of to the hedge over the tombstone and matt made a line on the roller that could link into a berm into the big jump off the 4th roller or out of the big berm have another line going next to big by pit track, mate my mind is full of ideas and been waiting for this video cos this series is sooooo addictive its unreal LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
