In Ontario are they considered E-bikes with no registration/plates or are they considered a legal road bikes requiring M class license to operate and register?

Hi Jose, if you are doing off road only they do not need to be registered with plates, but if you would like to legally ride them on the streets they would need to be registered and plated. An M license would be required in the case of plating and registration to drive it on the streets as any other motorcycle.
