The last 300 KTM I had was a 2002, the best mud bike I ever rode, but a real let down compared to my SC 400 as a do it all bike, I think the new 300 finally gets the node!

I LOVE where the power band is located on the racing 2 strokes. I'm never really riding on the bottom end anyways though:/ I have a feeling that if I rode one of these bikes like I ride mine it would pop a piston haha.

you'd be amazed what these bikes will do. my 05 ktm 200 exc puts out more torque than an equal year 250f. in enduros im pretty much riding the top end, and it performs the same if not better than supercross bikes. plus ive only replaced the top end once, the top ends in these bikes go for months of vigorous riding.

2 stroke euro bikes make some of the best enduro bikes? the engine is completely different from your kx in your pic. they solved the bottom end problem with 2 strokes.

The XCW doesn't have any suspension on the front wheel, and has a soft tyre pressure in comparison to the EXC
