whats a storm for a rower is not nessarily a storm for a small yacht. Can a rower row in a force 4 plus unlikely unless down wind and if the windis going in the wrong direction your likely to deploy the sea anchor.

Hi Francis this video taken a few hours before a F11... not sure even a small yacht would want to be out in the mid Atlantic in this. ;-)
