I guess it’s part of fishing now, just not my thing. I do have a fish finder, not a livescope, but we don’t use it much. Mostly just for water depth or mapping.

A little struggle never hurt no one. Them bass guys are always in a hurry. Whether it's tournament or not. 😂 Nice catches Glen! Always fun finding the fish on your own. Nice of you to give away your crappies.

I wouldn’t mind it as much but some of those guys just have no courtesy. It’s a good safety practice to have something on for water depth. I think we’d all be big if we shared more often.

Good video Glen. Crappie Fishing is about to be 🔥 soon! I went this weekend to a small lake. Water temp was 68 degrees. That small lake warms up quicker. Caught plenty some up shallow and middle of small coves. This cold front passes through after it’ll be great fishing!

What lb line are u running on the 2000? I got one and I’m running 8lb test
@RaisedOutdoors10 ай бұрын
I’m running 6lb vicious panfish line. Guess I should have included that information lol. Forgot about the line. I like 4lb for crappie but 6lb has better abrasion resistance around that brush but still limber enough to fish light jigs without affecting the presentation
@neabowhunters810710 ай бұрын
@@RaisedOutdoors I got 4lb I’m gonna swap it out with Like the 8 but I fish from the bank and it doesn’t like to cast these 1/16 jigs very well. I have mine paired with a 7ft Shakespeare micro light rod and I love the combo.
@RaisedOutdoors10 ай бұрын
@@neabowhunters8107 yea I like those reels and any good sensitive rod works good.
