hahhah f*ck that flat at the first 2mins of riding. btw, I'd love to see a detailed video of how you succesfully replace the tube on the trail mate. I always find it extremely difficult due to the rim lock and stuff...it'll be quite helpful to see all tools you use as well. thanks for the vids mate, bloody awesome content.

You're a funny guy, not enough credit for your puns in these videos. Nice rig, bikes not too bad either

Great content, really enjoyable videos. I had a 1985 DR600 and a XR600R Honda up until a few weeks ago but sold them to get my old Ducati restored. Now my only bush basher is the R1200GS. I think I'm going to buy a DR650 in the next few weeks, the GS is great on the open roads and tame tracks but I am struggling with the weight of the GS on the more challenging tracks. Thanks for the inspiration to get back on the dirt!
@SKIDSnSTUFF3 жыл бұрын
That's awesome to hear, glad the vids could be of some inspiration! The DR650 is so easy to live with and incredibly capable in a wide variety of situations. Cheers :)

@@SKIDSnSTUFF I am really looking forward to getting one. It will be great to have electric start, that was a bit of a downside for me with the DR and XR 600's. I wish I had found your channel sooner! I'm binge watching your videos now!

Hi Ben! How much fuel you use? Thanks!
@SKIDSnSTUFF2 жыл бұрын
Oof. Something like 5.5 -6.5 litres per 100kms. Might have to go blast it again mid June ay!

I wonder if, for wheel balance, it would be better to put a rim lock on the opposite side aa well? Or, how do you get the wheels balanced?
@SKIDSnSTUFF Жыл бұрын
I don't really bother with wheel balancing but yeh put the rimlock opposite the valve, makes for easier tyre changes also
@bradrussell624 Жыл бұрын
wot!!! no rim lock... taking chances and doing stuff the hard way, yep skids n stuff, got it haha

What is under pressure,Front and back.
@SKIDSnSTUFF Жыл бұрын
Tire pressure? I run 24 psi front and rear. I believe a slow leak had reduced psi in the rear tyre overnight leading to the tyre spinning and flat tyre in this video

How is that HT RallZ combo? I'd like it on my 701
@SKIDSnSTUFF2 жыл бұрын
Desert 90/100 front and Rallz rear is working a treat. I haven't seen the Rallz in other sizes but this 130/80-17 has great spacing/pattern for an all rounder. RallZ review coming soon. You can check our Desert review here kzbin.info/www/bejne/eKS9pnSCir-baLs Cheers
@francescospagna56432 жыл бұрын
@@SKIDSnSTUFF yeah I've already watched that, was wondering if the rallZ rear is better, waiting for the review!
@SKIDSnSTUFF2 жыл бұрын
I definitely like the Rallz over the Desert rear, by far.
