Those are some really fun roads, too bad you got rained on a bit. When I stopped at Babcock back in May there was a gentleman (I was about to say "older" but he's probably around my age, just has a longer beard) sitting on the porch, he was wearing a hat with a "Ranger" badge on it, at first I thought it meant he was a Park Ranger, we got to talking and it turned out he was an Army Ranger (now retired). Had some interesting stories!

I hit some of those same sites, Babcock State Park, new River Gorge Bridge, and pies and pints a couple years ago driving (bummer) on our way to go do some backpacking. I remember driving down 60 thinking I should be on a motorcycle for this. Great video thanks for reminding me why I need to get back to West Virginia!

Great Video! The New River Gorge Area is my Playground for me and my Bike. I share my time between Ohio and WV. We have a play close to the Fayetteville and I leave my BMW R1200GSA there for when I come over. There's a Ton more Roads/Routes around the area that's some Awesome Riding. Have you Ridden down to Kanawha Falls where 60 and 19 meet up? They call it the Talon. Around Gauley Bridge. You can backtrack back up to Summersville along 39 and the Gauley River. Pretty Legit Routes. Ha ha I'm down to meetup sometime and do some riding.
