I'm so sorry I missed you guys but we did this same rafting with the same company while we were there over the 4th of July week. And it was so daggone fun! We got the big boat because we had 6. The water felt fine until the swimming hole and I jumped over and lost my breath cuz so cold and then she said get back in the boat. I thought I was gonna die. I'm out of breath and then had to swim to the boat. My niece hauled me out of the water, legs sprawled everywhere. It was hilarious! The water was so fast that day. Great video! Highly recommend Rafting in The Smokies!

I love going white water rafting with Rafting in the Smokies!! They have some of the best river guides ever!! Last year we had Doug (if I am remembering correctly). He was from Florida and he was awesome!! I can't wait for my next trip back.

what did your wife use to attach the go pro on her helmet?

We just used the clip attachment with the GoPro to hook it on a helmet provided by the outfitter. We also have head and chest straps that do the same. Thanks for watching.

some of us "speedbumps" are fishing and carry triple treble hooked gear on 60 lb braid that will shred that raft (and the fam in it) if you can't control your vessel and run into us. If you can't respect everyone's right to be on the river, stay off it please.
