I think it’s actually a rock ptarmigan. Willows have reddish brown plumage on the neck and chest. Rocks are mostly all white in winter and have flecked plumage of brown and black in other seasons.

So as you can understand, from our POV, it's like the bird is yelling "balls! _Balls!_ *BALLS!* " with a flabbergasted look in his face, it's super funny, that's why every spanish speaker can't help but go "AWEBO!" (which, again, is equivalent to the English surprise/astonished expressions "BALLS!" and "F/// YEAH!" ) in the comments 😅

Historically, men were actually the first to use all forms of makeup, same with high heels, corsets, skirts and the color pink (pink is actually a tone of red, so it was considered a masculine color just like red back in the day, that's why in Italian the word for pink and red are the same, "rosso", they're actually the same color, different tone). But anyway, I digress, point I was trying to make is that everything is relative, what we see as the norm today (men not using makeup) wasn't at some point, and probably will stop being so at some point, too, and that's a normal process, and as such, make-up or the lack there-off doesn't have anything to do with gender, the person who made the original comment was just lightheartedly mentioning a characteristic of the bird they found cute and charming (ie: his "eyeshadow")

I love how a random youtube channel with few wildlife videos, the most recent was from 2 years ago, with everything in it in Finnish, somehow made the algorithm be like :"Yeah, random English and Spanish speaking users gonna relate to that."
