Howdy - shocked by the complexity or something else? The screwdriver prodding would put some people off but they are 1KV insulated handles and this was a dc loop so would not earth through me. The customer had to get the UPS up some stairs for the installation and wanted to add the batteries afterwards, so we showed them how we do it when we build the cell system.
