This also strengthened my falsetto and brought my vibrato! I recommend starting in your chest voice, then head voice, and then the highest notes in falsetto, it really helped me smooth over my transitions and now I can easily transition to any area of my voice instantly without scoops, cracks, or pitchiness. Great workout Ian, thanks! The only thing that confuses me is that you raise the pitch immediately after the demonstration, so when I follow the instruction "Listen to the demonstration", I miss out on the lowest part of the exercise. I love everything else about the workout!

Wow Aussie, previously, I had only been doing gentle scales to try and increase my high range. Today, when I put some air into these and started using vibrato with mixed vowels, the benefit was awesome. It sounded like operatic riffs and runs. Thanks so much, for your great aids!

Hey! Thanks for this. What would a weekly schedule look like for these exercise routines? E.g. monday: head voice & vocal tone, tuesday: mix voice & riffs & runs, wednesday: chest voice & mix voice, etc, etc. Or maybe something more intensive? Or less intensive? I'm a beginner of mix voice. However, my chest and head are decent. Cheers!!!
