at the beginning of the videos, could you do the finished trick before talking about it? like a little five second clip of the finished trick, so we know if the skill is new to us or not without sitting through the teaching part? thatd be awesome! ☺️

+Claire Irvine we do this on all of our new videos actually! In fact, we show the technique in slow motion in order to demonstrate the details of the move because some people can learn just by watching that much without all of the details of the actual teaching.

My colorguard I am in we call those taps on a rifle but we don't do it on the left side I would have to try that haha

Alexander Mendez Double time is spinning with one hand and going in a bottom, top pattern, so no, it’s different.

Hello! Thank you for posting these videos! I know this is not a flag video but I had a quick question. So I am like super bad at throwing flags like even a single. When I first started Color Guard I got hit in the face throwing a flag. Do you have any tips on how to throw a flag with more confidence? Thank you!

Simply practicing it over and over will help you so much. Start with maybe 25 tosses per day. Work your way up to 100 tosses per day. On each toss, adjust one little thing like your hand placement, your posture, your head tile, etc. You will be a pro in no time!

How many inches is this rifle and what is it called? I’m trying to order one, and I want to make sure it’s the right size I’m used to.

Rifles come in three sizes, 36”, 37.5”, and 39”. I believe this one is a 39” but that doesn’t necessarily mean that’s what you would be used to. I would double check with your team to make sure you know which size they use!
