The population in Chicago alone have increased significantly and in other parts of Illinois. Now don't get me wrong, there is alot of people that have moved from this state. However, it's not causing any issues because people are constantly moving here from other states and the main states they are coming from is - Indiana, Florida, Wisconsin, Texas and California. Respectfully, in my opinion, Governor Pritzker has sabotaged Mayor Johnson of Chicago by allowing the migrant crisis to overwhelm the city reluctantly, without any physical or verbal defense of the mayor against of the complaints that awaits his future as Mayor of Chicago. So, why should the mayor call you? When you have made it quite obvious that you as the governor of Illinois have abandoned him. Governor Pritzker in my humbling opinion is trying to act innocent to the outcry of the city that challenges the mayoral position. This is Mayor Johnson's first year as mayor, Governor Pritzker has served two elected terms, so he's fully aware of what's going on, and what is needed to support the mayor other than just some conversation or premature threats to the newly elected President of The United States D.
