Katarina is only good in low elo,outside of it she is literaly umplayable, her abilities dont do enough damage and her ult is easyly cancelled by cc.

Riot devs : we don't understand the game so just add new champions and items to make it even easier for random noobs to do insane damage Also Riot devs : because of the stupid patches ruining the game with insane damage, insane damage heroes aren't as insane anymore so we will buff their damage to make their insane damage more insane forcing us in future patches to nerf them and buff other heros insane damage and add new damage items to make random noob builds even more impactful Riot devs = afk potatoe
