@tookermel This is the best Rig Rundown for sure. Farmer actually knows what he's doing, is knowledgeable about all the gears and actually takes the time to explain everything. And he seems like a nice guy to boot. Compare this to some of the jokers who masquerade is 'techs' from previous Rig Rundown videos, like the guy who techs for Kings of Leon. The definition of a hanger-on who only got the job cos he's buddy with the band, not because he's any good.

Very interesting setup with each musician having an actual guitar amp as a monitor for what Warren is playing. With all of these rig rundowns it's like guitars/amps/effects blah blah blah, then there's a quirky little detail that gets my attention like the amp/monitors here and others where there's no cabs onstage; amps are running through iso-cabs... stuff like that.
@angrygoldfish13 жыл бұрын
It's all well and good taking the highs out a your rig by using long cables, but it also takes away the dynamics. My Soldano Avenger hates long cables or two many TB pedals in front. It much prefers going straight in and using the EQ control to tame whatever frequencies you like or dislike.
