The wine red Les Paul is actually a Les Paul Classic. They had 490R and 500T ceramic pickups. They had pickguards that had 1960 scripted in gold which led people to think the guitars were reissues. They were actually something all their product own. Great guitars!

There aren’t 499s. I think these came with a 490 in the neck and a 498 in the bridge.
