The water flow input is 2.9 L/min for your XRD which is too low, I would suspect the screen within the tube has possibly been clogged with debris. Check it and clean the X-ray tube or change the chiller filter

would 0.2g sample be enough for miniflex 600 ? can we use a smaller glass slide with a smaller area for the sample on it ?
