Since the horizontal cables seem to be regularly spaced, the venue should have brackets made that would bridge both cables and sit on top of the cables and clamp to them, with eyes for suspending loads in the center of the brackets. This would save possible damage to the cables.

Contact your local IATSE. Start out pushing cases, you can eventually work your way up to rigging
