You now also have your accreditation for Vehicle Electrics #1 😁 P.S. Was there paint behind that shandy return earth lead on that part of the cab? I know it's not a full fix, but may be worth scratching down to the metal to see if it's any better?

It had already been ground down to bare metal and had worked fine for the first week. I think it’s a subframe that is earthed to the rest of the chassis and that wire couldn’t take the power demands.
