Dear sir ....I can't focus in first go for study and after 20 to 25 mint ....Body can't sustain to read again with focus ....Take too much time to finish any chap or topic .... Prep for ssc cgle

Use pomodoro technique If you are not able to study for longs hours . First study for 30mins take 5min break the. Again 30mins do this for 6×tkmes then a long break Then dhree shree increase the time Through little effort Thanks you 🤙
