I don't even understand why it matters if someone is racist. Who cares? I could think of a zillion reasons not to like people. Why is the skin color reason so important? I think one issue people can't seem to come to grips with is that it's not generally as simple as just skin color. It's more based on stereotypes of color. Like, everytime X happens, why is it always race Y doing it. I think it goes unsaid that if you wholly disagree with stereotypical racial behavior, but then meet someone of that race that does not represent the stereotypical behavior, all of a sudden race goes out the window. Me hating "Lil Dookey from the projects" is not going to directly correlate to me also hating Dr. Ben Carson. This whole "racist" thing is misnamed. It should be relabeled "stereotypicist" or something.

I live in the country in Texas. Watermelon is the single easiest fruit to grow...as long as there is lots of water. During rainy seasons you'll find it growing wild in the Hill country at least 60miles west of Austin. I know this because I find it on the health ranches, including my families. I've never seen the melons fully grown because the hogs tear it up. You also learn weird agriculture facts. Chickens are the single cheapest animal to keep in the since of cost per food output. They are sometimes free, or they're a few dollars at the feed store. So, in the humid swampy south, the two cheapest and easiest food sources are chickens and watermelons. So, what two food sources would be common in rural areas in the south? On a side note, chickens will eat plants, bugs, small snakes, a rodent if it can get it, leftovers, and even their own feces. There is no animal that can produce as much food as an edible egg laying chicken.
