With your smile that was covering up the hurt in your heart. Like magnets, we were drawn to one another, until we got too close that we began to repel each other. Telling me words my heart ached to hear, knowing that the fear you had wouldn't allow you to mean them. Spewing venomous words at me that belonged to others you weren't brave enough to speak. I need to say it to someone or put it somewhere. I miss this person soo soo much . In the beginning I tried to not like him because: 1st-I get crushes easily and 2nd-I made an assumption about him, which wasn’t good. Either way, we were desk-mates so we had sit together and interact, and we ended up exchanging numbers. He tried really hard to get me to talk to him and hang out but I always rejected him, the reason for this was because I was dealing with mental illness and I didn’t want him to deal with me in that state. For pretty much a year he continued to keep me in mind and wasn’t mad or upset that I didn’t reply on time, btw sometimes it would take me days or weeks to reply again. I think I confused him with my hot and cold attitude, I really wanted to be with him but I was afraid of being judged about my personal problems that were going on in my life. In the end we stopped talking completely, on one hand I’m glad that he realized that he is worth soo much than just being left on delivered and not getting direct answers from me but on the other hand I am sad that I couldn’t reach his level and overcome my fears of judgment so we could try to be together. Now I am missing him horribly, we have moved to different schools and there’s is no reason for us to interact but I think about him every single day. When ever I see couples I wish it was us and whenever I interact with someone with a similar personality as him, that’s when I wish it was him I was talking to. I don’t even know if I regret my actions because I think I might have saved him from a huge headache but in return I got a big hole in my heart. The first time I dreamt about him, I knew that I had fallen for him but I didn’t want to admit it. To this day I still dream of him but I am waiting for the day I stop thinking about him. He was my right person but showed up at the wrong time….

I will say this. For 4 years my now fiancé made a point to remain in my life somehow, someway. He would text me, call me claim he was coming to see me (never did). Sometimes when I was drunk and inebriated and no one else would answer I would call him. (I had a substance abuse issue) We both finally just stopped talking to each other, it was most likely me that never reached back out. I hadn't realized I lost the only person who really wanted to talk to me. Fast forward 4 years later and I hit rock bottom, identity crisis, suicidal, everything... I had thought of him over the years, wondered where he was, what he was doing. I decided to reach out one day sitting in my backyard with tears down my face and no idea at all what to do. Safe to say, we've talked every single day since. We are now 7 years strong with ups and downs but I am 1000% sure that he is my twin flame, my soul mate. I say all this to tell you to JUST DO IT.
