Hey Coach! I was wondering if you can make a video on ankle treatment for sprains or rolls! I have sprained my ankle during season and unfortunately I didn't get to play my last game. I want to get better soon so I can practice for next year!

Will you make a video showing passing techniques ( ex. cushioning and breaking up) and how you can put those in into rolls to get up faster? Also in he video you could break down how to properly roll and the different types. Thank you!

I like your comment about it being a lefty approach. i never thought of that. I think that is why I see this approach block fail so often, statistically. the problem is when you are late or you drift. if their left side hitter is "going off", is getting 60%+ of the sets, or beats you outside to the line or the 1-6 gap - then I suggest getting out there earlier and abandoning the swing approach block and the middle. your job is to shut down the line and 1-6 gap. you can help with the middle only when the OH is taken care of. just an observation for all but the highest levels of play.

Hey Coach, can you make a tutorial on running attacks? Thanks for this great video. Keep it up!

hi coach.Thanks for the tutorial videos which are very helpful for me.But I'm wondering when there is only one blocker(right front blocker), where should I place my hand so that I have a higher chance of blocking the opponent(outside hitter on the other side) ? Thanks a lot!

How should you position yourself as a right side blocker relative to the hitter? Is it like blocking left side, where you would align your right shoulder with the opponents left shoulder if they're right handed?

Do i have a chance to play on high net if im only 182 cm high?
@jordeauxx8 жыл бұрын
Yes. If you are in highschool anyway. If you're talking about club then still yes. It really doesn't matter how tall you are but how tall you jump.

+SheepBoy121 are you serious ? 182 is over the average. there are some people who can spike in 3meter line with 170cm train your jumping skills.
